Our junior suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice balcony overlooking the lake and hotel grounds. Hotel's public areas are nice and full of light. Breakfast choice is good and the staff are welcoming.

Location was perfect it’s near from national and the center and the lake , and the staff was amazing Especially with the waiter Mr. Dorin Baosson, as I forgot my hat with a hundred euros on the table and he honestly took it back next day , it made me feel like the place really safe thanks for management

Location. Large, comfortable rooms and bathroom. Lovely swimming pool area and terrace. Some particularly helpful staff.

Great location, big room with unexpectedly big terrace, A/C ( not so common in ch). Receptionist super friendly and supportive. The mattress absolutely amazing.. slept like a baby. Outdoor pool a big plus. Difficult to comment on prices cuz Switzerland its Switzerland….

The location and our room was beautiful! Our room was spacious, clean and we had a view of lake geneve!

Excellent breakfast. Good that children had access to the outdoor pool all day, this was really great for us and our 7 year old around our activities. Friendly staff. Helpful when we had queries, and when we wanted to use the electric charger. Comfy beds and pillows! Had a few evening meals in the hotel, preferred the more low key Yacht Cafe in terms of variety of menu and options for children.

Location was on seafront . Shops and restaurants a short walk. Friendly staff. Relaxing spa. Comfortable room. Parking below hotel.

Great location, junior suite was a perfect size for a family of 4. Everything was clean and today and the staff were very helpful. Had an EV car and charging was very simple.
